近期，宁德市出现了新冠肺炎确诊病例和无症状感染者，疫情发生以来，宁德市始终把人民生命安全和身体健康放在首位，积极采取切实有效措施抗击疫情。当前宁德疫情防控工作正处于关键时期，为进一步做好疫情防控工作，保障您和家人的健康，守护好安全、卫生的生活工作环境，特向您倡议继续配合做好疫情防控工作：

　　1.增强防护意识。请切实做好个人健康防护，自觉佩戴好口罩、保持社交距离、勤洗手、常通风、不聚集，同时做好健康监测，一旦出现发热、乏力、咽痛、嗅（味）觉减退等症状，应第一时间向所在单位或所在地社区报告，及时到就近的医疗机构发热门诊进行排查诊治，就医途中做好防护，避免乘坐公共交通工具。如果所在小区或场所因疫情原因被封控管理，突发重病需要就医，请拨打120急救电话并及时通报社区，以便社区工作人员与医院做好对接，提高救治效率。

　　2.配合疫情防控。因疫情防控需要，请您积极配合属地政府、社区工作人员及医务人员，根据属地要求落实好核酸检测、流调溯源、区域管控等防控措施，非必要不离宁。

　　3.关注权威信息。请密切关注属地疫情防控指挥部发布的公告，通过官方媒体及时了解疫情动态和防控措施，严格遵守防疫各项规定，不恐慌、不信谣、不传谣。

　　4.主动接种疫苗。接种新冠病毒疫苗是预防新冠肺炎病毒最有效的方式。请您按照“知情自愿、风险自担”原则，主动到定点接种医院接种疫苗，共同构建免疫屏障。

Another Message for Foreign Nationals in Ningde

　　Recently, some confirmed cases and asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Ningde. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, the government has consistently put the people’s life and health front and center and is taking effective measures to curb the epidemic. Presently, infection prevention and control is at a critical moment, to continue effective epidemic control and ensure a safe and healthy environment for you and your family,we would like to kindly advise that:

　　First, take precautions. Please take personal protection measures, wear face masks, keep social distance, wash hands regularly, have more ventilation, avoid public gathering and at the same time monitor health condition. If you have symptoms of fever, fatigue, soar throats and reduced sense of taste and smell, please seek prompt medical attention at the nearest fever clinic with personal protection on the way and avoid using public transport. If your community is closed or locked down because of epidemic, please call 120 for help when you have sudden serious illness, and notify the community workers, so that they can help communicate and coordinate with the hospital for efficient treatment.

　　Second, cooperate with epidemic prevention and control. Please actively cooperate with the local government, community workers and medical personnel to implement prevention and control measures including nucleic acid testing, epidemiological investigation and tracing, and regional control. You are advised against traveling to other cities except for essential reasons.

　　Third, follow official information. Please follow the latest notice on epidemic prevention and control released by local Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control Command Center, check official media for more information on the epidemic situation and updated prevention and control measures, and strictly abide by the prevention and control regulations. Don’t be panic, don’t believe in rumors, and don’t spread rumors.

　　Fourth, get vaccinated. Vaccination is the most effective way to prevent COVID-19 virus. Following the principle of voluntary participation and informed consent, please go to the designated hospital for vaccination at your own risk and jointly build herd immunity barriers.
